Start painting all over the document untill you have something like this:

Next we’ll make the planet. First, create a new layer and draw a blue (#2073fd) disc in the middle of the document, using the „Ellipse Tool” while holding the „Shift” key down. Then right click on the layer in the Layers Pallette and choose „Blending Options”. Add the following options to the blue disc:
Inner Shadow

And Outer Glow

Now, let’s make the continents. To do this, you need to download and install a free brushes set that I found. Here is the link where you can download it: download brushes
After downloading and installing the brushes, create a new layer and pick the world_map_simple brush

and apply the brush over the blue disc. I made the continents dark green (#014313). Next click on the Layer menu on the top of the window and then click on „Create Clipping Mask”.
Create a new layer and pick the 300px soft brush from the Basic brushes set. Set the foreground color to #353c47, and draw a line like this:

Then create a clipping mask like you did before with the continents. This will create a dark shadow to the bottom of the planet. In the same way, create a lighter shadow to the top of the planet. Make the brush 400px and use white as foreground color. Here is my result:

Let’s make the comet now. Create a new layer. Select the „Brush Tool” and pick the Soft Mechanical 100 px brush. Click on the Brushes button on the Icon Palette like we did before and choose the folowing options for „Shape Dynamics”

Select the „Pen Tool” and draw a line like the one in the picture below:

Right click on the document and choose „Stroke Path”. Select Brush from the dropdown list and click OK. Make sure the „Simulate Pressure” is selected this time.

Make a new layer. Select the 300 px soft brush and click once on the head of the comet.

Right click the last layer and select „Blending Options”. Click on „Gradient Overlay” and select the following options:

And finally, let’s add the text:
Create a new layer and pick the „Text Tool”. I chose a font named „Baha”. You can download it free from here download font or you can use a similar font. The size is 72px, and the color # 94d1f8. Right click on the text layer and choose „Blending Options”. Click on „Outer Glow” and set it like in the picture below.

While the layer is still selected change the bending mode to Color. Finally set Opacity to 50%.

And you’re done! Here is the final result.
